Convenient location - close to everything within walking distance. the staff here were super nice and really went out of their way to help me. the breakfast spread was absolutely amazing! 🌟.

We booked small queen studio, it was fashionable. The entire staff was amazingly nice and outstandingly accommodating. The hotel was in the very central setting to everything you need in a walking distance. There was Pret a Manger nearby to grab something to eat.

The staff was so relaxed.

the rooms are compact and new-fashioned here with replenished supplies, biscuits, tea. a microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge are a nice touch.

The small queen studio was spotless and complete with a bedroom and 2 single beds. the accommodation had a very central setting close to everything we wanted to see and do. Hounslow Urban Farm is conveniently located just 4 km away.

All in all everything was excellent, had a really comfortable stay which was suppose to be a restful holiday. The room was neat with replenished supplies of tea and a double bed, for example US$ 203. The hotel had a favourable location very close to New Plymouth Cbd. Set in 10 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were very-very nice and exceptional. We loved an excellent restaurant with a local menu.

Location was the main criteria. The motel was clean and warm and totally acceptable for what we required It was new and all the fittings etc were in excellent condition. The staff were very helpful.

Everything was up to expectations

Bella Vista boasts a great location with spacious rooms that offer excellent value for money. We appreciated the early check-in at 11am, which was unexpected and really helpful. the comfortable bed and clean bathroom made our stay pleasant, while the large TV added to our comfort. Accessibility to shops and restaurants is a definite plus.

No sink for washing dishes. Filling the jug was difficult.

a modern clean hotel. Kitchen equipment slightly upmarket brands and some decent drinking glasses! Very easy walking to CBD and the offer of free internet/broadband.

The unit was spacious and compact.
